Though the staff at the front desk were pleasant when I interacted with them, the wait time and cleanliness issues in the common areas clearly need attention. It felt like the hotel needed a little more upkeep in public spaces to match the room quality.

Now, the front desk could use a lesson in courtesy. My husband, a 100% disabled vet, faced some rude scrutiny about his service animal. While everything else shined, that moment left a sour taste. We really shouldn't have to explain ourselves, right?

Had a fantastic time with the kids swimming in the indoor pool. The staff was super helpful especially Amber, she got us extra chairs so all of us could enjoy chatting while the kids splashed around.
